Transfer Pricing Senior Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing Transfer Pricing practice, the full-time salaried Transfer Pricing Senior Associate will manage intercompany pricing analyses, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to transfer pricing advisory and documentation services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intercompany pricing analyses for tangible goods, services, and intellectual property transactions
• Participate in functional analysis interviews and support documentation, planning, and dispute resolution efforts
• Collaborate with Baker Tilly member firms globally and provide technical guidance to team members

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required
• Two (2) or more years of specific transfer pricing experience required
• Experience with complex financial models and drafting technical writings preferred
• Actively pursuing or completed an advanced degree in Economics, Finance, or JD/LLM preferred
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship highly preferred
