Transfer Pricing Senior Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of transfer pricing specialists, the full-time salaried Transfer Pricing Senior Manager will manage multiple engagements, focusing on intercompany pricing analyses, documentation, and tax planning for multinational clients, with opportunities for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple transfer pricing engagements, ensuring quality delivery of tax planning and consulting projects
• Analyze clients' financial data and assess cross-border intercompany transactions, including tangible goods and intellectual property
• Collaborate with Baker Tilly member firms globally and provide technical guidance to tax professionals firm-wide

Required qualifications

• An undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required
• An advanced degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, or JD/LLM is preferred
• Seven (7) or more years of specific transfer pricing experience is required
• Three (3) or more years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and counseling associates, is desired
• Experience with complex financial models and drafting detailed functional analyses is required
