Transformation Automation Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transformation and Automation Leader who will oversee the delivery of services to hyperscaler accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a global matrixed team to drive tools and automation strategy and prioritize business cases
• Ensure quality and efficiency of processes before introduction to delivery teams
• Accountable for engineering and automating new processes while updating existing ones based on feedback

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in data center engineering and large-scale deployment programs
• Knowledge of the telecom industry and experience in operational challenges
• Experience with global delivery models, including offshore and nearshore units
• Willingness to work across multiple time zones
