Transformation Change Analyst

Job Summary

To support enterprise transformation initiatives, the remote Transformation Change Analyst will partner with business leaders and project teams to drive adoption and engagement, develop communication materials, and facilitate stakeholder engagement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with transformation teams to support change management activities across enterprise initiatives
• Help develop communications, FAQs, updates, and engagement materials that improve understanding and adoption
• Support stakeholder engagement activities including workshops, demonstrations, and feedback sessions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience supporting change management, communications, training, project coordination, or transformation initiatives
• Experience within insurance, financial services, professional services, or similar environments preferred
• Familiarity with change management principles and frameworks such as ADKAR preferred
• Prosci certification is a plus
