A company is looking for a Transformation, Adoption and Change Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with stakeholders to gather insights and assess current operations for improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years in Organizational Change Management or related field, focusing on large-scale transformations
• Experience in transformation program development and strategic planning
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data synthesis for actionable insights
• Deep understanding of business operations, industry dynamics, and market trends
• Experience in developing and deploying change activities across multiple business units
