Job Summary

To support enterprise transformation initiatives, the remote Transformation Change Manager will develop and execute change management plans, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and create communication materials to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Developing and executing workstream-level change management plans
  • Supporting readiness, adoption, and engagement activities tied to transformation milestones
  • Creating communications, FAQs, leader talking points, and change materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting change management, communications, training, transformation, or project initiatives
  • Experience in professional services, insurance, financial services, or similarly complex organizations preferred
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci
  • Prosci Change Practitioner Certification preferred
