Transformation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transformation Consultant to engage with C-suite and senior leadership teams to lead enterprise-wide AI and agentic transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with C-level executives to promote AI-led transformation as a strategic imperative
• Define AI transformation roadmaps that align with business outcomes and assess organizational processes
• Design and execute change management programs and facilitate executive alignment workshops

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or enterprise technology advisory
• Experience in shaping AI or digital transformation programs at the executive level
• Familiarity with contact center ecosystems and cloud migration strategies
• Proficiency in change management frameworks and ability to operationalize them
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
