Transformation Director

Job Summary

Leading a team focused on enterprise initiatives, the full-time salaried Transformation Director will partner with senior leadership to evaluate and implement strategic, operational, and technology-enabled transformations that enhance organizational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partners with executive leaders to identify and scope strategic transformational opportunities aligned with organizational objectives
• Oversees project intake, discovery, and implementation processes for transformation initiatives
• Translates strategic objectives into actionable transformation roadmaps with measurable success metrics

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of progressive experience in transformation, strategy, or enterprise project management within a managed care or health care organization
• At least 3 years of management/leadership experience
• Advanced understanding of managed care operations and health care delivery systems
• Proficiency in project and change management methodologies
• Strong analytical capabilities with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
