Job Summary

Leading complex global deals, the full-time salaried Transformation Director will manage transition activities, oversee project execution, and ensure alignment of resources and financial structures while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Transition Management support for complex or global deals, ensuring project proposals and contracts are finalized
• Lead the development and implementation of communication plans throughout the transition cycle and steady state period
• Review and confirm project accounting structures and budgets, ensuring client billing processes are accurate and complete

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Master's degree preferred
• Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government for access to export-controlled commodities and technology
