Transformation Lead, responsible for managing multiple concurrent Transformation Programs in a full-time role, focusing on operational improvements and program management within a digital-first financial institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Transformation Programs across various enterprise-level initiatives from strategy to implementation
• Identify and prioritize high-impact operational improvement opportunities and build business cases for them
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring governance alignment and performance tracking post-implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• 10-15+ years of experience in consulting, transformation, or operational strategy within financial services or technology sectors
• Proven track record in delivering measurable transformation outcomes with executive visibility
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation in operational contexts
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience managing its components
