Job Summary
Driving the evolution of the Global Engineering Competency Centre, the full-time remote Transformation Leader will architect and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy, manage stakeholder alignment, and enhance operational excellence across global engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end transformation strategy and execution, ensuring milestones are met and driving change management adoption
- Build and manage stakeholder alignment through comprehensive Voice of Customer programs and cross-regional collaboration forums
- Drive operational excellence by defining and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implementing a Quality Framework across regions
Required qualifications
- A formal education in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline
- Major experience in engineering, technology, or operations environments, particularly in transformation and change management roles
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder transformation programs in a global engineering context
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams across multiple geographies
- Solid understanding of Grid Automation, Power Systems, or Industrial Automation engineering domains
