Transformation Manager

Job Summary

Supporting high-priority transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Transformation Manager will focus on scaling value-based care insights into partner practice EHR workflows and will collaborate on analytics, tool deployment, and operational projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Research, analyze, and report on EHR workflow efforts, including deployment and impact assessment
• Support data analysis to inform decision-making on key items in the transformation portfolio
• Build and coordinate project plans and communication across multiple stakeholders for special projects

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience or 3+ years with a relevant graduate degree, preferably in healthcare strategy or operations consulting
• Familiarity with AI applications beyond chatbots
