Transformation Manager
Job Summary
Managing transformation initiatives remotely, the full-time Manager, Transformation will deliver integration and support services to clients, focusing on process optimization, system selection, and shared service center design.
Key responsibilities
- Lead workstreams or smaller transformation engagements, ensuring alignment with project objectives and budgets
- Support the design and implementation of transformation initiatives, including process design, automation, and project management activities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders while coaching and supporting team members
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred
- 4-7 years of experience in consulting, transformation, or operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and consulting tools
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or change management methodologies
- Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Prosci, or PMP preferred
