Transformation Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transformation Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic design and execution of regional transformation projects and programs
• Design and implement change strategies to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and operating models
• Engage stakeholders and develop executive-level communications to drive understanding and action

Required Qualifications

• At least seven (7) years of experience in transformation or change management
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project and Jira
• Extensive experience leading complex transformation initiatives from strategy to execution
• Proficient in various transformation methodologies like Prosci ADKAR and Lean Six Sigma
• B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience
