Transformation Operations Principal

Job Summary

Partnering with Finance, the remote Transformation Operations Principal will own cost realization tracking for transformation initiatives, ensuring accurate financial reporting and fostering collaboration across teams to drive organizational change.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a comprehensive cost realization ledger, tracking commitments and actual outcomes of transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with Finance to develop baselines, business cases, and savings methodologies throughout the project lifecycle
• Build trust with initiative owners and stakeholders to identify and address potential issues early in the transformation process

Required qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in financial management and transformation projects
• Proven ability to build baselines and defend business cases to executives
• Experience using modern artificial intelligence tools for operational improvements
• Strong track record of managing complex cross-functional work without direct authority
• Fluency in written and spoken English, with clear and concise communication skills
