Transformation Program Executive

Job Summary

Partnering with executive stakeholders, the remote Transformation Program Executive will lead complex IT transformation efforts, ensuring successful delivery and transition to stable operations while building trusted relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with clients, guiding effective decision-making throughout the transformation lifecycle
• Own accountability for transformation outcomes, ensuring alignment across strategy, architecture, delivery, and operational readiness
• Lead the transition from transformation delivery to standardized run operations, validating operational processes and service accountability

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale, enterprise IT transformations, ideally in hybrid environments
• Prior consulting or advisory experience, complemented by enterprise leadership exposure
• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and lead at the executive level in complex client environments
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT architectures and operating models
• Track record of moving transformations from vision through delivery into stable operations
