Transformation Program Management Consultant
Job Summary
To support a multi-year Intelligent Batch Release transformation, the remote contract Transformation Program Management Consultant will provide program leadership, operational excellence, and execution support across various digital transformation initiatives aimed at achieving 80% automated batch release by 2028.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage an integrated program roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and deployment plans
- Lead cross-functional coordination across Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Digital, and business stakeholders
- Drive process improvement, simplification, automation, and operational excellence initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) certification
- 10+ years of experience in transformation, operational excellence, program management, or management consulting
- Proven success leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs with multiple interconnected workstreams
- Strong expertise in integrated planning, dependency management, governance, RAID management, and executive reporting
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional teams across various organizational areas
