Transformation Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transformation Program Manager to the Chief People Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change management efforts and guide organizational shifts related to technology and operating models
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure successful AI integration and automation in the employee lifecycle
• Manage the CPO's operating rhythm and facilitate effective communication of the CPO's vision

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in HR Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Operations, or a similar role in a technology-driven SaaS environment
• Direct experience working with C-suite leadership
• Proven ability in change management and guiding organizations through complex transformations
• Experience in designing and managing comprehensive operating rhythms across multiple functions
• Demonstrated curiosity for Generative AI and ability to apply data-driven insights in HR workflows
