Transformation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transformation Project Manager to lead and execute strategic transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with executive leaders to define project scope, goals, success criteria, and deliverables
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
• PMP and/or PMI certifications strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation or strategic projects
• Strong background in process improvement, change management, and/or operational excellence
• Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
