Transformation Strategy Manager

Job Summary

Driving cross-functional execution in a remote capacity, the full-time Transformation Strategy Manager will translate AI transformation vision into actionable requirements, manage the enterprise capability map, and oversee the prioritization and measurement of high-value initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the translation of transformation vision into shippable requirements for AI project managers and engineers
• Build and maintain the enterprise capability map, detailing ownership and integration of AI within business functions
• Run the transformation intake and operating cadence to ensure prioritized initiatives are sequenced and resourced effectively

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in investment banking or top-tier management consulting
• Demonstrated first-principles thinking with the ability to reframe vague briefs into actionable plans
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including experience in building metric trees and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and proven ability to redesign workflows around AI
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives without formal authority and achieving alignment
