Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Controller to lead their accounting and finance function during a period of significant change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of five in various accounting functions
• Direct the transition from cash to accrual-based accounting, ensuring GAAP compliance
• Oversee manufacturing-specific finance activities and drive transformational projects

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Controller or Senior Manager in a manufacturing company
• Experience with accrual accounting and GAAP compliance, particularly in PE-backed environments
• Strong team leadership skills with a focus on mentoring staff
• Hands-on experience in inventory management and CAPEX
• CPA preferred but not required; familiarity with Sage 100 is a plus
