Job Summary

Managing sales and service activities for transformer projects, the full-time salaried Transformer Service Project Manager will oversee project execution, profitability, and customer satisfaction while working remotely from Chandler, AZ.

Key responsibilities

• Develops project plans, proposals, and manages multiple concurrent projects to ensure successful execution
• Tracks and analyzes project financials, prepares reports, and maintains accountability for project success and quality assurance
• Proactively manages client expectations and negotiates change orders while building strong client relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management
• 5+ years of experience in large Power Transformer installation, maintenance & testing
• PMP Certification
• Experience in wiring of electrical systems
