Job Summary

Leading a team of specialists, the full-time Transient Sales Manager will oversee the negotiated strategy for a portfolio of Essentials hotels, focusing on optimizing mid-week corporate negotiated and consortia sales while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the performance of a team of Transient Specialists to ensure strong business travel results
• Develop and implement strategies for corporate negotiated and consortia sales across Essentials properties
• Coach team members to achieve high performance and foster a collaborative work environment

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hotel Business Travel sales
• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous managerial experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with hotel systems such as Envision, Opera, and Cvent
