Job Summary

Driving the corporate negotiated and consortia strategy for a portfolio of hotels, the full-time Central Services, Transient Sales Specialist will engage in market research, execute business development tactics, and leverage brand tools to enhance loyalty, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish and execute Transient sales strategies to grow negotiated market share
  • Conduct market and account research to identify business development opportunities
  • Report progress and performance metrics to property stakeholders and train new team members as needed
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of hotel sales or comparable experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience with CVENT Transient, Agency360, and Demand360
  • Exceptional negotiation and professional selling skills
  • Strong organizational and presentation abilities
