Job Summary
Driving the corporate negotiated and consortia strategy for a portfolio of hotels, the full-time Central Services, Transient Sales Specialist will engage in market research, execute business development tactics, and leverage brand tools to enhance loyalty, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and execute Transient sales strategies to grow negotiated market share
- Conduct market and account research to identify business development opportunities
- Report progress and performance metrics to property stakeholders and train new team members as needed
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of hotel sales or comparable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience with CVENT Transient, Agency360, and Demand360
- Exceptional negotiation and professional selling skills
- Strong organizational and presentation abilities
