Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Central Services, Transient Sales Specialist, the full-time remote position will focus on developing and executing sales strategies for a portfolio of Essentials hotels while driving corporate negotiated and consortia strategies through market research and business development tactics.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement transient sales strategies to increase market share for assigned hotels
  • Conduct market and account research to identify growth opportunities and engage with stakeholders
  • Train and coach new team members to enhance performance and prepare for future leadership roles
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of hotel sales or comparable experience
  • Proficiency in CVENT Transient, Agency360, Demand360, and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and professional selling abilities
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
