Transit Safety Security Specialist

Job Summary

Leading project tasks for internal and external clients, the full-time Transit Safety Security Specialist will focus on risk management and safety certification processes while working remotely across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Developing Public Hazard Assessments (PHAs) and Threat Vulnerability Assessments (TVAs) along with associated mitigations
• Conducting workshops with multi-disciplinary groups and providing SSC training for clients
• Preparing SSC documents and reports, and managing the development and reviews of Safety and Security Certification processes

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree plus 6 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
• Public Transportation Safety Certification (PTSCTP and/or TSSP)
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass an MVR check
• Ability to attain U.S. Security Clearance
