Transition Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transition Analyst to support onboarding and offboarding processes within the Transitions & Property Management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and offboarding tasks for property management assignments while ensuring data integrity
• Collaborate with Property Management teams to analyze reports, field questions, and resolve issues
• Maintain transition checklists and support special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of relevant experience in real estate or a similar field
• Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of property management functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel
• Experience with Smartsheet is beneficial but not required
