Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transition and Recommendation Coordinator to ensure a seamless operational experience for students and counselors.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to provide counselor recommendations based on student needs and availability
• Manage the development and implementation of the Counselor Recommendation App
• Assist with counselor transitions and improve systems for counselor utilization and student satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in higher education or higher education administration (preferred)
• Ability to navigate complex logistical challenges
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
