Transition Management Director

Job Summary

Overseeing Transition Management Service activities across the enterprise, the full-time Transition Management Director will engage with leadership to establish direction, manage complex projects, and ensure integrated service delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with product, sales, and leadership to ensure effective deal structuring and management
• Build a matrixed support structure to meet complex transition needs
• Oversee transition efforts for significant global projects, ensuring organizational capability for future transitions

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 10-15 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Graduate degree preferred
• 6-8 years of leadership experience
• Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government due to export control regulations
