Job Summary

To lead service transitions and transformations, the full-time Transition Manager will manage operational service delivery, introduce new operating models, and drive measurable business impacts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the transition of services from incumbent providers, ensuring effective service lifecycle management
  • Implement new capabilities and modernization efforts to enhance service quality and customer experience
  • Engage with executive stakeholders and lead teams to build mature organizations and improve operational performance
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience; Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in large managed services organizations with a focus on operational service delivery
  • Demonstrated success in leading service transitions and implementing measurable transformation outcomes
  • Experience managing leaders and engaging in client and sales interactions
  • Ability to drive automation and AI-enabled service improvements
