Transition Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of transition activities, the full-time Transition Manager will coordinate stakeholders and manage timelines to ensure the successful adoption of new capabilities, working remotely or from various locations in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Manage transition planning and execution for conversion and interface workstreams, ensuring operational readiness and continuity
• Develop and oversee transition strategy, project plans, and risk management approaches while facilitating knowledge transfer
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and track dependencies to support the effective implementation and sustainment of solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Eight (8) or more years of professional experience in transition planning and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "Public Trust" clearance
• Experience with implementation-to-sustainment alignment and readiness management
• Familiarity with federal financial systems and change management practices
