Transition Support Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the processing and completion of advisor transitions, the full-time remote Transition Support Specialist will ensure accurate and compliant account transitions while proactively identifying risks and coordinating stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the successful processing and completion of account transitions and repapering from client signature through operational completion
• Perform reconciliations related to account transitions and validate account setup accuracy, identifying discrepancies requiring correction
• Research and resolve complex processing issues independently while driving stalled accounts to completion through proactive follow-up

Required qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferred
• 5+ years of financial services experience required
• Strong experience with account opening, maintenance, transfers of assets, and custodial processing
• Experience working with custodial platforms such as NFS, Fidelity, or Schwab strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills; Salesforce experience preferred
