Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transitions Manager - Portfolio Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the execution of transition and transformation projects, ensuring contractual obligations are met
  • Develop plans and schedules for IPM scope and service levels, setting completion targets and success criteria
  • Facilitate meetings and maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BSc degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • General understanding of key Occupier service lines
  • Preferred certifications include Six Sigma, PMP, and PROSCI or other change management training
  • 3+ years of experience in Transaction Management with a focus on managing people and resources
  • Proficiency in commonly used business software and applications
