Transitions & RFP Services Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the coordination and execution of client onboarding and RFP activities, the full-time remote Transitions & RFP Services Manager will serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external service providers, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for RFP requests and manage the operational onboarding of new clients and investment vehicles
• Develop and maintain a centralized library of standardized RFP responses and coordinate annual reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Lead process improvement initiatives and enhance operational procedures to improve efficiency and scalability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
• More than six years of experience in securities operations, investment operations, or investment administration within the financial services industry
• Experience managing client onboarding and operational transitions
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with Microsoft Access or SQL
• FINRA Fingerprinting required
