Job Summary

To support a high-performance team, the remote Translation Specialist will manage the Contact Center translations queue, translate confidential web submissions, and ensure adherence to customer guidelines while collaborating with external vendors.

Key responsibilities
  • Translate foreign language reports and review peer translations as needed
  • Assign translations for completion and communicate with external translation vendors
  • Collaborate with leadership to provide feedback and assist with special projects
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of translation experience
  • Professional translation certification preferred
  • Native or near-native proficiency in English and Portuguese
  • Experience using MS Office and minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
