Job Summary
To support a high-performance team, the remote Translation Specialist will manage the Contact Center translations queue, translate confidential web submissions, and ensure adherence to customer guidelines while collaborating with external vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Translate foreign language reports and review peer translations as needed
- Assign translations for completion and communicate with external translation vendors
- Collaborate with leadership to provide feedback and assist with special projects
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of translation experience
- Professional translation certification preferred
- Native or near-native proficiency in English and Portuguese
- Experience using MS Office and minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
