Translational Medicine Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Early Asset Lead - Antibody Drug Conjugates (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive early clinical development and decision-making for drug development projects
• Define and implement translational medicine and clinical pharmacology aspects of Clinical Development Plans (CDP)
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment and coordination of work packages

Required Qualifications

• MD or PhD from an accredited institution with extensive experience in Clinical Development
• At least ten years of experience in clinical development, including early/translational clinical research
• Proven leadership experience in a matrix environment within the pharmaceutical industry
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards
• Demonstrated managerial skills and ability to lead teams in a complex setting
