Translational Medicine Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Early Asset Lead - Antibody Drug Conjugates.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive early clinical development and decision-making for drug projects
• Define and implement Translational Medicine and Clinical Pharmacology aspects of Clinical Development Plans
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment and coordination of early clinical development activities

Required Qualifications

• MD or PhD with extensive experience in Clinical Development and Therapeutic Areas
• At least ten years of experience in clinical development and pharmacology in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven leadership experience in a matrix environment with a focus on early/translational clinical development
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines, GCP, and ICH standards
• Demonstrated managerial skills and ability to inspire and integrate teams in a complex setting
