Translational Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Translational Operations Manager to drive biomarker operations and translational research execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end biosample and biomarker operations for clinical studies and translational work
• Serve as the primary liaison with CROs for study design, execution, and reporting
• Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple R&D programs from discovery through clinical development

Required Qualifications

• B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in a biological science, biochemistry, or related translational discipline; PMP Certification is a plus
• 3+ years of experience managing biomarker or translational research projects, including Phase 1 and/or Phase 2 clinical study experience
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end biospecimen logistics and mitigate risks related to timelines and sample integrity
• Experience in vendor management, including selecting and overseeing central and specialty labs
• Technologically savvy with experience in designing workflows and managing operational exceptions
