Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transmission & Interconnection Director to lead power strategy and execution for large-load data center developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee utility coordination and load interconnection processes for multiple data center projects
• Negotiate and execute various utility agreements and manage interconnection application submissions
• Monitor project timelines, escalate risks, and ensure alignment with finance, operations, and legal teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in utility coordination or energy infrastructure project development
• Direct experience managing interconnection or utility engagement processes
• Experience negotiating utility agreements and knowledge of utility tariffs
• Strong project management skills and advanced proficiency in Excel
