Transmission Engineering Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Transmission Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise staff during scheduled shifts and oversee daily operational needs
- Identify and resolve operational errors and equipment failures in a live production environment
- Develop training materials and manage staff scheduling and performance reviews
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Broadcast Engineering or similar environments
- Operational experience in live transmission/acquisition or live streaming
- Advanced knowledge of MPEG, TS over IP, and digital audio/video signals
- Expertise in transmission and acquisition equipment and networking principles
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
