Transmission Line Project Engineer

Job Summary

Offering flexible work arrangements, the full-time salaried Transmission Line Project Engineer will provide technical leadership in the planning, design, and delivery of high voltage overhead transmission line projects, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams both remotely and onsite across the Southeast region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute engineering projects for transmission lines up to 765kV, including project scheduling and client coordination
• Support Project Managers with project status reports, scope development, and client relationship management
• Facilitate communication and workflow across multidisciplinary projects while adhering to QA/QC procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or closely related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of relevant post-education experience in engineering and civil design
• Engineer in Training Certification
• Strong understanding of transmission line fundamentals and PLS-CADD operation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite
