Transplant Care Scheduler

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transplant Care Scheduler (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist registered nurses with scheduling and care coordination for patients in the Transplant Care Navigation program
• Document activities and update patient medical records while confirming appointments and insurance authorizations
• Communicate with patients and care partners to ensure attendance and address any scheduling issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's degree required
• 1 - 2 years of related experience, preferably in a clinical setting
• Scheduling training and EPIC proficiency preferred
• Prior remote employee experience strongly preferred
• Must have a HIPAA-compliant workspace with high-speed internet
