Transplant Training Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trainer Supervisor, Organ Placement/Transplantation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver structured training programs for new hires and current employees
• Conduct individual and group training sessions while adapting instructional methods to various learning styles
• Oversee and manage the performance of trainers, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in training delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and work experience
• 3+ years of training experience
• 3 years of experience as a Transplant Coordinator, preferably for Transplant Centers
• Understanding of adult learning styles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
