Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transplant Utilization Management RN - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform utilization management for transplant services for Medicare Advantage and Dual eligible members
• Coordinate with the transplant facility throughout the transplant process, ensuring comprehensive patient care
• Provide patient education and support members with condition education and resource connections

Required Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of residence
• 3+ years of RN experience in a hospital, acute care, or direct care setting
• 1+ years of experience working with solid organ or bone marrow transplants as a Nurse
• Ability to type and navigate a Windows-based environment
• Access to high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace from home
