Transplant Waitlist Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transplant Waitlist Supporter.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate ongoing care needs of patients to maintain active status on the transplant waitlist
• Educate patients on living donation and support them in finding a living donor
• Serve as a liaison between patients, DaVita clinics, and local transplant partners

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Entry-level position, suitable for candidates with relevant experience or education
• Knowledge of regulations related to transplantation and living kidney donation
• Ability to assess and advocate for patient care needs
• Experience in healthcare coordination or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with UNOS waiting list processes is advantageous
