Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transport Coordinator to manage requests for ambulance assistance and transport.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and manage requests for ambulance assistance from medical facilities
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation and data entry for each shift
• Generate applicable reports and relay instructions and emergency information from supervisors

Required Qualifications

• One (1) year of experience in a call center environment preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of basic computer applications and equipment usage
• Must have reliable high-speed internet access
