Transportation Account Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team focused on trucking and fleet accounts, the full-time Transportation Account Manager will manage account strategies, marketing, and renewals while ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction, with the flexibility of a fully remote or hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Producers and the Lead Account Executive to execute account strategies for trucking and fleet clients
• Manage the marketing and renewal process, including preparing submissions and evaluating coverage options
• Handle day-to-day service needs such as policy changes, certificate issuance, and client inquiries

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 3-7+ years of insurance experience, preferably in transportation/trucking
• Experience servicing mid to large commercial accounts in fleet, logistics, or transportation environments
• Strong understanding of transportation-specific risks and regulatory environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
