Transportation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Transportation to support the US physical supply chain with inbound and outbound transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure timely payment of freight invoices to carriers
• Review and resolve discrepancies in freight invoices and assist in the processing of carrier invoices
• Generate shipment reports and maintain communication with the supply chain team, label groups, and carriers

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Transportation Analyst, Logistics Analyst, or in a comparable role
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer or vendor facing role
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Understanding of transportation modes, costs, and carrier tariffs
• Proficient in transportation management systems (TMS) or an order management system
