Transportation Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time salaried Transportation Analyst to manage Transportation Management business processes, including procurement and shipment planning, while working remotely and ensuring customer requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage key performance indicators and execute root cause analysis using TM operating systems
• Provide support for data processing, reporting analysis, and customer-specific inquiries
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and implement continuous process improvements

Required qualifications

• College degree or Technical Certification in Business, Logistics, or Transportation; Bachelor's preferred
• Minimum of two years of industry-related experience in transportation management
• Experience in customs and freight flow management
