Transportation Analyst

Job Summary

To support efficient logistics operations, the full-time Transportation Analyst will manage and optimize outbound shipments across the U.S., ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while working onsite in Hershey, PA or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure on-time customer deliveries by managing and monitoring outbound shipments to meet service-level agreements
• Optimize transportation efficiency through data analysis to improve routing, carrier utilization, and load planning
• Coordinate with carriers for pickups, track shipments, and resolve service issues to maintain reliable performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in transportation or logistics, with knowledge of freight modes and transportation regulations
• Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ERP platforms, and shipment tracking tools
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, particularly with Excel
• Ability to coordinate high-volume shipments and build relationships with carriers and customers
